At AI Notebook, we aim to provide high-quality spoken English courses and a satisfying learning experience. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be granted.

1. Course Enrollment & Payments

  • Once you enroll in a course and payment is made, access to course content and resources is provided.

  • All payments are considered final unless otherwise covered under this policy.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be issued only in the following cases:

  • Duplicate Payment: If you are accidentally charged twice for the same course.

  • Technical Issues: If you cannot access the course due to technical errors on our side and the issue cannot be resolved.

  • Course Cancellation: If we cancel a course or session without providing an alternative option.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in these cases:

  • Change of mind after enrollment.

  • Failure to attend or complete classes.

  • Dissatisfaction due to learning style, unless the course was not delivered as promised.

  • Request made after 7 days of purchase.

4. Refund Request Process

  • Send an email to Info@ainotebook.online with your name, course details, payment receipt, and reason for refund.

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days and credited to the original payment method.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Enrollment may be cancelled before the course starts by notifying us at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Once the course has begun, cancellation requests will not qualify for a refund.
